Cook Required

We are a busy Japanese restaurant looking for an experienced and reliable cook who can work independently to a high standard. 

Main Duties

•  Prepare and cook Japanese dishes

•  Check food quality and presentation

•  Manage food storage and ingredients

•  Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety

•  Assist with training kitchen staff

Requirements

• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant experience

• Experience with Japanese cuisine

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience preferred

• Australian permanent resident or citizen
